MIN 1: 50 double unders / 50 singles
MIN 2: 10 front squats (50% of 1RM; from rig)
MIN 3: 5 deficit HSPUs / HSPUs

The Rx for deficit HSPUs will be 2 10# plates above where you normally HSPU.
