Some items are common sense, but some may be things you’re not thinking of, so I wanted to post this FitLifeTV post/video on “23 Ways To Get Rid of Inflammation and Joint Pain“.

If you’re not familiar with the term inflammation a good definition is “Inflammation is the body’s attempt at self-protection; the aim being to remove harmful stimuli, including damaged cells, irritants, or pathogens – and begin the healing process.” Unfortunately, there are plenty of things (especially food) out there that can cause inflammation to areas of your body that are not caused by any sort of exercise. And these are the type of things that this video is encouraging you to limit or stay away from all together.
