Row 1 minute, then 10 push ups; when you finish push ups, return to rower and row for 1 minute, then 9 push ups. Rest as needed, but each row only lasts for 1 minute, and each set of push ups goes down by 1. Continue until you reach 2,400k men / 2,000k women.
