In honor of our buddy PJ leaving us, with today being his last workout (until his dramatic return in a few years) Coach James and Coach Shawn devised a workout with our favorite clergyman in mind!
And if you have never had the pleasure of hearing him say it, the phrase “next time” was a very common response anytime a coach asked PJ to try something he didn’t want to. We even heard a “next year” once.
