Strength:
Front Squat: 5×5 @ 5RM

WOD:
8RFT
5 kb squats
20m farmer’s carries (aka down and back)
5 burpee penalty if KBs are put down during round

Resting the KBs on your forearms is usually the easiest way to keep them up and in a healthy position for your chest and back. The more raised the forearms are the better.
