WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (power snatch 1RM test) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (snatch complex) + long metcon
Wednesday – benchmark (brian’s bane)
Thursday – strength (overhead squats + snatch 1RM test) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (push jerk) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
