COMPETITIONS:
A big thank you to Jess, Sara, Randy and TOJ for kicking @$$ and representing CF13S this weekend in their respective competitions! These types of events are a great way to test yourself outside of the gym and to see how you stack up against other folks in your divisions.
Coming up this weekend we have JVags, Allison and Ryan J. competing in Rock the WOD 2 at CrossFit West Essex in Fairfield. BVags and the_mikedoyle will be judging as well, so we encourage everyone who has the day free to come and check it out and cheer our competitors on!
PALEO CHALLENGE – ROUND II
As of midnight on Sunday, October 19th, 2014 … the 2nd CF13S Paleo Challenge will come to a close! We have already seen some incredible changes in our members, and now look forward to seeing who is bringing home the grand prize. Congrats to everyone who stuck out the whole month! Please return all scorecards to Julie ASAP!
And our 1RM bear complex re-test will be on Thursday all day! So dust off that 1RM from September 22nd, bring your A-Game and let’s see some PRs!
OPEN GYM
We will have Open Gym on Thursday, but only at the 6:30pm class. You are welcome to attend a morning class and workout in the evening on something else if you’d like.

Thursday – skill work + strength (bear complex; Paleo Challenge benchmark re-test) / 6:30pm open gym
Friday – strength (deadlift + power snatch)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
