death by wall ball (20/14)

A “death by” workout involves completing 1 rep in the first minute, 2 reps in the second minute, 3 reps in the third minute, and so on … 10 reps in the tenth minute … 20 reps in twentieth minute, etc. Each minute you add 1 more rep than you completed in the previous minute.
