3×1:00 double unders / singles

Just like with last week’s rowing challenge, you will have three 1:00 minute time slots to put together as many double unders or singles as you can. Choose doubles or singles and stick to those for all three minutes.

30 box jump overs
30 T2B
30 jumping squats
30 burpees-to-plate
